Shannon V. Morrison
Director & Administrative Specialist
Meet Ms. Shannon, an educator who has been a vital part of Kiddie Farms for 27 years. A proud graduate West Charlotte High School, she holds an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education from CPCC, along with both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Education from Liberty University. Ms. Shannon loves working with school-aged children, fostering connections that make learning enjoyable. Outside of her passion for education, she treasures time with her family and enjoys traveling with her three children.

Ramona McNear
Assistant Director & Infant Teacher
Meet Ms. Ramona, a proud 1994 graduate of Garinger High School, who holds an Associate’s Degree in General Education and is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development. As a dedicated mother of three, all of whom spent their formative years at Kiddie Farms, she has a deep commitment to nurturing young minds. Mrs. Ramona is an active member of Gamma Phi Delta Business Sorority, Inc. and the PHA Order of the Eastern Star. In her spare time, she loves reading, bowling, and creating lasting memories with her family. With 25 years of experience at Kiddie Farms she brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role.

Karla Miller
Toddler Teacher
Meet Ms. Karla, dedicated professional at Kiddie Farms with 19 years of experience. A graduate of Myers Park High School, she is currently pursuing an associate degree in Early Childhood Development. Passionate about working with children of all ages, Ms. Karla finds joy in her interactions with toddlers, believing that day brings a new experience. In her free time, she loves taking walks in the park, solving crossword puzzles, and cherishing moments with her family, including her son Jawan, her father, and her granddaughter Amina.

Shelia Muldrow
Three year old Teacher
Ms. Shelia, a proud native of Maryland, graduated from Northeast School and is a dedicated mother to two adult children. She cherishes spending time with her family and enjoys activities such as reading, bowling, and art, along with watching the latest movies. Currently, she's embarking on an exciting path by pursuing an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education to enhance her for nurturing young minds.

Meet Ms. Williams, a dedicated educator with over 15 years of experience in nurturing young minds. Originally from the Bronx NY, she treasures her large family and enjoys spending time with them when she’s not in the classroom. With a BA in Education from Belmont Abbey College, and currently pursuing a Birth to Kindergarten degree for UNC-Charlotte, Ms. Williams is passionate about fostering growth and development in her students. Her enthusiasm and positive mindset inspire her students to work hard and persevere, no matter the challenges they face.

Meet Ms. Crystal, a proud 2014 of UNC-Charlotte with a Bachelor's degree in English. Currently, she is furthering her education by pursuing an associate's degree in Early Childhood Education at Central Piedmont Community College, taking steps toward obtaining teacher's license. As a dedicated mother of delightful children who attend Kiddie Farms CDC,. Crystal cherishes every moment spent with her family. loves to create lasting memories and enjoys enriching their lives together.

Nutritionist
Ms. Minnie, a dedicated nutritionist from Charlotte with 24 years of experience in childcare. After attending West Charlotte High School, she has now set her sights on making a lasting impact in the classroom. As a proud mother of three and grandmother of four, Ms. Minnie cherishes quality time with her family, alongside her for fishing, cooking, and bowling. She's excited about this new chapter in her journey!

Mrs. Sloan hails from Pageland, SC, where she grew up in a bustling family of ten. A proud graduate of West Charlotte High School, she is now married and the loving mother of six, as well as a grandmother and great-grandmother. After a fulfilling career with Bank of America and AT&T, she found her passion in childcare, especially cherishing her time with infants. Watching children grow and develop into their best selves brings her immense joy.
